Once your order has been accepted and processed (processing time depending on the time of order: 1–2 days), the delivery time for products we have in stock is approximately 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather, distance, and accessibility. Some cities are a bit more difficult to reach, which may require us to hand over the shipment to regional carriers. However, most products are delivered within 7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from our customer service team with all the necessary information, including the tracking number and further instructions. Your order will be shipped in perfect condition. Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and before signing any shipping documents to ensure this is still the case. All our products are delivered to the curbside. This means the delivery company is only obliged to bring the goods to your curb. It is your responsibility to assist in getting the product into your home. Having a hand truck (dolly) on hand can be very helpful.
Deliverability of packages:
If an order cannot be delivered correctly, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs in both directions.
Incorrect shipping information:
If a package is returned or incurs additional charges due to incorrect or missing information, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover these costs.
Free shipping:
Free shipping is guaranteed for Germany only. All other shipping costs (including international shipping) depend on the specific order. Please contact us by phone or email. Any return must be confirmed before sending it back. All products must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and placed on a pallet. If this is not the case, a return handling fee of approximately 20% will apply. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
